This unique kanjivaram sari in scarlet red shot with ruby red is handwoven with checks in gold zari and orange, running along the body. The korvai borders follows a ganga jamuna layout, where in one side is in a dual shade of orange and the other side is in navy blue shot with black, both embellished with floral and diamond patterns in gold zari, along with contrasting stripes. The pallu is interlocked using the 'Pethni' technique in beige and features a chevron band edged by iruthalai pakshi and paisley motifs in gold zari, woven using the 'adai' technique.
