All kanakavalli saris are authenticated by Silkmark and Handloom Mark. Aside from these accreditations, it is kanakavalli's constant and prime endeavour to encourage, promote and nurture the handloom sector, and talented weavers therein. Most have worked in their metier for generations.

Who are your courier partners? How do I track my shipment ?
We are tied up with reputed couriers such as FedEx , DHL , Bluedart etc . You will receive a mail with a link to track your orders upon dispatch of the same from our end .

When can I expect my order? 
We ship out the products within 10 working days from the date of placing the order. This timeline does not apply to pre-orders and for certain jewellery items.

You may search for any product using the magnifying glass icon above the menu list on the left . You may also search by Keywords such as a color, motif etc .. and you will get a list of matching results .

Yes , all prices shown in site are including taxes . What is not included is the customs duty or a tax/charges that may be levied as per the local laws based on the country / city that you live in

A product I like is marked as ‘Sold Out’. What are my options ?
In the event of a product you liked being sold out , please get in touch with our Shopping assistants ,who can check for a second unit of the same (if available ) or assist you with similar options as per your preference, and in some cases, re-order the product if that is an option
